2024.5.9 地点 1、公司试验塔[120m] 2、化学楼（前物理楼）[40m] 训练内容 1、4（5’45"~6'30"） 2、空身2小时，张旭28趟，谭季安25趟，刘翰宸中间加入21趟 人员 1、张旭 2、刘翰宸 谭季安 张旭 爬楼跟翰宸冲了3组1’19”左右的，上酸明显。8点我先去吃饭了，hc偷偷冲了一组1’8”的（跪了）。季安也很顶，作为一个新人一次爬了这么多，这次没有当鸽子（/doge）。我爬完楼久违地去看了一下协会的日常训练，没想到跟下来1’55”的组了，因为太累了，后面就和朋友聊聊天，上肢力量和核心力量就没做了
