南体10+2、tabata*2

总结：

张旭

昨晚熬夜+前一天训练的疲劳，身体有点累，tabata做到后面还是累、休息时间拖得有点长

变速+tabata真的虐大腿。
变速就算只跑两圈我还是废，感觉心肺跟不上。

天依旧闷热，一加速心率就飙到190。

今天大腿明显有疲劳感，略有拉伤感
